02Project form information
The form requests a name, email, service of interest and project description. The current form keeps these in the open tab’s memory and does not automatically send them to a server or database. A downloaded brief stays on your device. An email draft is transmitted only when you confirm sending in your email application.
03Purpose and legal basis
Emails you send are considered to answer your enquiry and discuss a quotation or potential contract. Depending on the activity, the conditions in Article 5 of Turkey’s Law No. 6698 may apply, including direct connection with a contract, legal duties or legitimate interests that do not harm fundamental rights. Do not include unnecessary sensitive information.
04Technical data and service providers
Hosting infrastructure may process IP addresses and technical request details during access. Fonts and videos are served from the website’s own files. Email communications involve the relevant mail services. Transfers to providers or competent authorities must be limited to necessary purposes and valid legal conditions; overseas transfers also require the applicable safeguards under Turkish law.
05Retention and security
This application creates no persistent form record. Retention of sent emails depends on handling the enquiry, the project relationship, legal retention duties and protection of rights. You control downloaded files and drafts in your own email application.
06Your personal data rights
Subject to Article 11 of Law No. 6698, you may request information about processing, correction or erasure, learn about recipients, object to an adverse outcome based solely on automated analysis, and seek compensation for unlawful processing.

Use the contact channels below for requests. Identity or authority may need to be verified, and legally prescribed application procedures remain applicable. This notice will be updated if new data processing features are introduced.
